Dissenyem una proposta per a cada client

Impressió

Disposem d'un parc d’impressió complet amb 30 cossos d’impressió on imprimim tant en tinta convencional com en tinta UVI amb una gran varietat de vernissos i acabats. Fet que ens permet treballar tots els projectes amb agilitat.

Encunyat

Elevada capacitat productiva. Disposem de 5 encunyadores totalment automàtiques i d’última generació equipades amb un sistema de desfullatge i de separació de poses (separació dels envasos en unitats individuals a partir dels fulls de cartró imprès). Aquesta part del procés ens permet guanyar una elevada capacitat productiva, agilitat i rapidesa.

Control de qualitat

Comprovem que la feina s’ha dut a terme amb rigurositat i supervisem la qualitat final. Durant tot el procés productiu es realitzen controls de qualitat per assegurar que la fabricació es realitza d’acord amb les especificacions del producte. Just abans de l’expedició, l’equip de control de qualitat s’encarrega d’alliberar el producte realitzant una exhaustiva inspecció de la producció garantint els més alts estàndars de qualitat. Aquests estan avalats pel nostre sistema de gestió, d’acord amb la norma UNE EN ISO 9001.
